1.1 Will it Fit?

Sizes and measurements are provided in the product description. If the style generally fits smaller or is a bit more generous, we'll let you know. Take your personal measurements for comparison, and if you prefer a looser fit, allow some breathing space in the measurements.

1.2 Can I check my order status?

All orders are shipped within 48 hours, or sooner, and you will receive an email with your tracking number (within Canada & USA) so you can check the delivery status of your order.

1.3 When do you Ship my order?

All orders are shipped within 48 hours of the time you place your order, excluding weekends or holidays. If there are any issues with your order, we'll contact you immediately; otherwise please rest assured your order is on its way.

1.4 If I don't love it, can I return pieces?

We hope you fall madly in love with the item you bought from us, but we also know sometimes it just doesn't work out. If the item doesn't fit, or the colour just isn't right or you just don't like it, you can return it! As long as it hasn't been worn and isn't altered or damaged, you can return it. We'll give you a refund, or send you another size, colour (minus the cost of shipping) - whatever works for YOU! . 1.5 What about sale items?

All items purchased on sale or marked down are considered a final sale and unfortunately cannot be returned.

1.6 Can I change my order? Or Exchange an item?

Of course you can, provided you contact us before we ship it. Once shipped, the order cannot be changed. If you receive your item and find you just need a different size or colour, contact us immediately and we will ship the new piece (if available), We will bill your credit card for the new merchandise and process your credit for returned merchandise as soon as we receive it (as per Return instructions) without added shipping costs on the replacement.
