We’ll make sure of it! We provide sizes and measurements in the product description and a measuring guide on our Size & Fit page. If the style generally fits smaller or is a bit more generous, we'll let you know. Take your personal measurements for comparison, and if you prefer a looser fit, allow some breathing space in the measurements.
We believe in finding you the perfect fit, and unfortunately that just can’t be done well without trying the item on. Trying on at our store is the best way to find a flattering fit, and it’s what we do best - helping you find a fit you’ll love. Our locally owned Boutique has expert fitters available to help you, and a huge selection of lingerie and swimwear that we just can’t carry online. Come and visit us in store for a personalized shopping experience in our relaxed environment, and get your perfect fit.
Absolutely! All orders are shipped within 48 hours, or sooner, and you will receive an email with your tracking number (within Canada & USA) so you can check the delivery status of your order. You can read all of our Shipping Information here.
All orders are shipped within 48 hours of the time you place your order, excluding weekends or holidays. If there are any issues with your order, we'll contact you immediately; otherwise please rest assured that your order is on its way.
We hope you fall madly in love with the item you bought from us, but we also know that sometimes it just doesn't work out. If the item doesn't fit, the colour just isn't right or you just don't like it, you can return it! We'll give you a refund, or send you another size or colour (minus the cost of shipping) - whatever works for YOU! . Found something you love on sale? Wonderful! All items purchased on sale or marked down are considered a final sale and unfortunately cannot be returned.
Of course you can, provided you contact us before we ship it. Once shipped, the order cannot be changed. If you receive your item and find you just need a different size or colour, contact us immediately and we will ship the new piece (if available), We will bill your credit card for the new merchandise and process your credit for returned merchandise as soon as we receive it (as per Return instructions) without added shipping costs on the replacement.

Covid-19 has created a constantly changing world, we have improved safety measures for our customers, our Sand'n'Sea family and our community, to protect the people you love the most. We will continue to closely monitor advice from world health leaders and our local health unit to update or policies as required.
Ramped up Hygiene and Sanitation Policies
Between customers and at end of day we use appropriate cleaning / sanitizing / disinfecting measures to treat every surface and item accurately, as required. We have shared best practices and are up to date with standard personal preventive measures. We've also opened up more space to make social distance shopping easier.
Offering Hands Free Sanitizer
Our new contactless dispenser stations are at each entrance help avoid the risk of contamination. We are also offering customers single-use gloves to give you greater peace of mind while shopping, masks are optional, social distancing is not. Your comfort is our primary focus.
Yes, you can browse and try clothing on in our boutique. Our quarantine room will contain any items tried on for 24 hours and/or vigorously steam for 5 minutes. Due to the large variety of fabrics used in clothing there are not defined regulations for how we manage this, but these are the most common protocols I have found.
Encourage Frequent Handwashing
We have good amounts of antibacterial soap and gel in staff restrooms, and that the cleaning routines are frequent and extra thorough. At this time our washrooms are not available to customers, sorry.

We want you to be comfortable and feel safe with us.
Mornings preference is given to people with an appointment: phone, email or book thru facebook. Walk in traffic will be accepted only if there are no appointments booked.
Afternoons we are open with social distancing, 3 people are permitted on each side of the shop.
If you have fever, new onset cough, or other symptoms of Covid-19 please delay your visit until you are cleared. We also recognize that it is also allergy season for many of us.
